A properly designed workforce -planning model ensures that organizations have just the right number of customer service personnel available when needed, neither too many nor too few.  A finely tuned staffing plan ensures customers are well cared for and labor costs are controlled.

If you are looking to expand your business and work with large industry partners in the Coastal Bend, we encourage you to register for the upcoming Doing Business with Giants Workshop Series.  Together with Cheniere Entergy, Inc we will be offering a series of workshops designed to align your developing business with industry supply chain needs. 

At the conclusion of the workshop series, you will have the opportunity to apply for funding (between $5,000 and $20,000) to expand your business needs from Cheniere through a competitive application process.   You must complete all 6 workshops to qualify to apply for funding.  Once the application is submitted your application will be processed and awards will be determined by Cheniere.
