People’s Literary Fest

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is a proud sponsor of the People’s Literary Fest, to be held Thursday, Feb. 22, through Saturday, Feb. 24, in various locations in Corpus Christi. People’s Literary Festival celebrates and supports writers, both new and established, by bridging literary borders and genres.

The festival brings writers and readers into dialogue, honors self-expression, and inspires creativity in its readings,  workshops, networking opportunities, open mics, and local book sales opportunities. This free, three-day event includes 19 literary showcase readings in fiction, memoir, and poetry, eight creative writing workshops, and 20 book fair vendors.
