We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Administrator. In this role, you will be essential in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This fast-paced position requires excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain the calendar, schedule, and confirm appointments, as well as manage the job board spreadsheet for all outgoing jobs.
- Assist with payroll duties as needed.
- Greet and assist all incoming customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain office supplies and conduct weekly inventory checks.
- Prepare new account folders, send invoices, and collect payments.
- Perform filing, data entry, and record-keeping tasks.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency.
