What is the Business Masterclass?
The Prosperity Bank Business Masterclass Series is a professional/financial educational initiative created specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are looking for new strategies while developing an effective plan for successful business growth.

Who Should Apply?
If you are a small business owner who has been in business for at least one (1) year or for several years, this series will provide you with valuable information and resources that will help you succeed!

What are the Requirements?
SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS...
1. Brief Business Summary
2. Entity Documents
3. 2024 Year End Profit & Loss Statement/Tax Return
(If the Series starts after May 1, 2025, we will need a 2025 YTD P&L, in addition to the previous year’s financials)

Can you answer “Yes” to the following questions to see if you qualify for the Masterclass Series?
• Is your business a For-Profit business that is generating revenue of $2 million or less?
• Do you have a copy of your entity documents?
• Have been operating your business for at least one year or more prior to applying to the Series?
• Are you willing to participate in the Pitch Competition?
• Do you agree to meet with your assigned Mentor four (4) times throughout the Series?
• Agree to attend 80% of the classes?
