Plus:  You'll receive a FREE lunch, blood glucose meter and testing supplies, and 8 months of personal support with Registered Nurses, Dieticians, and Community Health Workers

Participants will also receive a FREE health screening for A1C, Cholesterol, Weight, BMI, and Body Composition.
