Virtual CASA Superhero 5K

During these unprecedented times, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the health, and safety of our participants is a priority, and this is why we have decided to make the 5K Virtual.

Date: August 15th-29th

Location: The Superhero 5k run/walk can be completed in your own neighborhood, on your favorite running trail, at the park, or even on the treadmill.

Race Instructions: During the designated race dates, after completing a distance of 3.10 miles participants will submit a screen shot of their results from a fitness app of their choice with their name, age and gender to vfitpro@gmail.com.

Packet pickup: September 15th & 16th, 9 a.m. to 4p.m.
at the CASA office, 2602 Prescott Blvd.
*Includes runner bag, t-shirt & certificate of completion.
