Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and post meeting action plans to optimize decision making.
- Coordinate complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondences to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement workflows and processes to enhance executive team efficiency, communication, and reporting.
- Act as Board of Trustee liaison ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate Board of Trustee meetings and event logistics.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings including room bookings, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
