Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30
Sales and Lead Generation: Prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in purchasing insurance products. Present and promote insurance policies to individuals and businesses, emphasizing the benefits and coverage options tailored to their needs.
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals. Provide personalized recommendations and guidance on suitable coverage options, policy features, and premium rates to meet their specific needs and budget.
Policy Underwriting: Assist clients in completing insurance applications, collecting necessary documentation, and facilitating underwriting processes. Work closely with underwriters to ensure accurate risk assessment and timely policy issuance.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support. Address client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions promptly and professionally. Proactively follow up with clients to review coverage, update policies, and cross-sell additional products as needed.
Sales Targets and Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics established by the company. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings. Continuously expand knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
